In partnership with our Health, Safety and Hygiene consultants SeaChange we have developed an industry leading protocol which combined with using Hospital grade products and PPE, will assist us in protecting the safety of our guests and work colleagues.

We are committed to making your experience with us as comfortable as possible and we will continue to monitor and update these controls as new directives are introduced to ensure that our Guests, Colleagues and Local Community keep safe.



Q: Do I need to wear a mask?

Face masks are no longer mandatory in Ireland from the 28th February 2022, however, we have advised all our staff that they may continue to wear a mask if that is their preference. We would therefore advise the same to all our guests and shall leave you decide whether you choose to wear a mask. We have removed all Covid-19 guidance signage but we will continue to provide hand sanitisers in all key locations.

Q: Can I get the Aircoach from Dublin Airport?

Yes, Airport Hopper pick-up / drop-off location is located on Level 1 carpark in The Square Shopping Centre - 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Airport Hopper has a direct route to/from Dublin International Airport

Q: How far is it to walk from the hotel to the Luas stop?

10 minute walk (700 metre)

Q: Where can I go on the Luas?

Dublin City Centre, both Heuston & Connolly Train station & the 3 Arena are all accessible via the Red Luas Line, minutes walk from the hotel entrance.

Q: Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, the hotel offers complimentary car parking to hotel guests, available on level -1 in the underground car park. 

Q: Do you have EV Car Charging Facilities? 

 Yes, The Plaza Hotel have installed 3 EV charging points for our guests. Conveniently located in the hotel carpark for Hotel Resident’s use. Each charger has dual sockets and a ‘How to use’ guide is visible to assist with activating the charge.

Yes, you can choose from a selection of amenities when booking direct on our website or by contacting the reservations team prior to arrival.

You can choose from a selection of beverages, flowers, balloons or a Welcome Plate (we can even personalise it for you!)

Q: What type of room should I book for three adults?

The hotel offers a variety of family rooms and interconnecting rooms, the most suitable room for 3 adults would be a Triple Room.

Q: Do you have family rooms? Are cots for children available?

Our family rooms can accommodate maximum 4 people, we have interconnecting rooms as well. We can provide cots upon request.

Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, the hotel offers a number of rooms that are wheelchair accessible.

Q: Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

Yes, international adaptors may be requested from hotel reception (extra charge may apply)

Yes, each hotel room is equipped with a hairdryer

The cancellation policy depends on the type of offer booked, please contact our reservations team to assist you with any queries regarding your reservation. If you have booked via a third party website (, Expedia, etc) please refer to their terms & conditions supplied at time of booking.

Q. What fitness facilities do you have at the hotel?

The hotel does not have fitness facilities, however we recommend availaing of a daily rate at FlyFit Gym, located 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
